Want a Professional Evaluation?

The Home Resilience Report™

The free assessment is a great starting point, but it is based on the information you provide. It cannot inspect your electrical panel, verify equipment condition, evaluate installation quality, review backup power capacity, or identify hidden electrical vulnerabilities.

For homeowners, farms, and businesses that want a deeper evaluation, Live Smart Electric & Solar offers the Home Resilience Report™ — an on-site evaluation performed by a Licensed Master Electrician. It is designed to help you understand the condition of your home’s electrical infrastructure, backup power readiness, surge protection, solar or battery potential, and overall preparedness for outages or disruptions. You receive photos of key findings, a personalized Home Resilience Score, a written digital report, and prioritized recommendations based on safety, reliability, resilience, and budget.

Common Questions

Simple FAQ

Is the free assessment really free?

Yes. The FREE 3-Minute Home Resilience Assessment is free to complete and gives you a starting point for understanding your home’s preparedness.

Do I have to buy anything after completing the free assessment?

No. The assessment is designed to help you understand your current resilience level. There is no obligation to purchase anything.

How accurate is the free assessment?

The free assessment is a helpful starting point, but it is based on your answers. It does not replace an on-site electrical evaluation. For a more detailed and professional review, we recommend the Home Resilience Report™.

What is the Home Resilience Report™?

The Home Resilience Report™ is a paid, on-site evaluation performed by a Licensed Master Electrician. It reviews your electrical infrastructure, backup power readiness, surge protection, solar or battery options, and practical ways to improve your home’s reliability and preparedness.

Is this the same as a home inspection?

No. This is not a general real estate home inspection. It is focused specifically on electrical infrastructure, backup power readiness, surge protection, solar, battery backup, and practical resilience planning.

Is this a code inspection?

No. The Home Resilience Report™ is not a government code inspection and does not replace inspections required by a city, county, utility, or authority having jurisdiction. It is a professional evaluation designed to help identify visible concerns, improvement opportunities, and resilience priorities.

Can the assessment fee be applied toward future work?

In many cases, yes. If you move forward with qualifying recommended work within 30 days, part or all of your Home Resilience Report™ fee may be credited toward your project.
